Fastened by a single buckled strap, the MC Jazz Black Box Calf, Commando Sole keeps the monk's character without any excess. For this colourway the atelier has used black box calf, warm in daylight and darker under lamplight. Dress it up with worsted or down with cotton; it holds its own either way.

Sole: Black Rocky Commando rubber sole, Goodyear Welt construction

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Feed it now and then with a neutral or matching cream and a soft brush; the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
