Two straps drawn across the vamp give the MC Chicago Black Calf the quiet authority of a double monk. Rendered in black calf, the pair carries its colour with the restraint the shape asks for. It answers for the office, the restaurant and everything in between.

Sole: Black Goodyear Welt, leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
