Few silhouettes age as gracefully as the jodhpur. The Bombay honours that lineage with a clean vamp and a strap-and-buckle closure, presented here in grey croco-embossed calf. Discreet with a dark suit, quietly assured with denim, it is a boot for those who prefer understatement.

Materials: grey painted croco

Lining: red calf leather

Sole: brown Goodyear Welt, mixed leather and rubber sole with higher heel

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

With a little cream and a soft brush now and then, the finish will deepen into a rich patina over time.
