The MC Mayfair Black Patent & Burgundy Patina is a derby: open lacing, quarters stitched over the vamp, and a little more ease than an oxford. Rendered in black patent and burgundy patina, the pair carries its colour with the restraint the shape asks for. It answers for the office, the restaurant and everything in between.

Materials: Black patent, burgundy patina

Lining: Black calf leather

Sole: Dark red leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
