The MC Penny Loafer Grey Full Grain & Black Full Grain keeps the penny loafer honest, a simple strap over the vamp and nothing else to announce it. For this colourway the atelier has used grey full grain and black full grain, warm in daylight and darker under lamplight. Dress it up with worsted or down with cotton; it holds its own either way.

Materials: Grey painted full grain, black painted full grain

Lining: Red calf leather

Sole: Red Xtralight heeled rubber sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
