Slipped on rather than laced, the MC Penny Loafer Dark Brown Full Grain is a penny loafer built for the weekend and the office alike. This version is made in dark brown full grain, finished by hand until the colour settles. Dress it up with worsted or down with cotton; it holds its own either way.

Materials: Dark brown painted full grain

Lining: Brown calf leather

Sole: Brown Goodyear Welt, leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
