The MC Penny Loafer Black Box Calf & Red Ostrich keeps the penny loafer honest, a simple strap over the vamp and nothing else to announce it. This version is made in black box calf and red ostrich, finished by hand until the colour settles. It sits easily under a business suit and is just as convincing with flannel trousers on a Saturday.

Materials: Black box calf, red exotic ostrich

Lining: Red calf leather

Sole: Red Goodyear Welt, leather sole with mountain rubber injections

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
