The MC Oxford Cobalt Blue Patent is an oxford in the strictest sense: closed lacing, clean quarters, nothing superfluous. This version is made in cobalt blue patent, finished by hand until the colour settles. It belongs with tailoring, though it takes to denim without complaint.

Materials: Cobalt blue patent

Lining: Navy calf leather

Sole: Ultramar Goodyear Welt, leather sole with buttons rubber injections

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
