Open lacing gives the MC Mayfair Brown Patina, Red Sole the derby's generosity, comfortable under a suit and equally at home without one. This version is made in brown patina, finished by hand until the colour settles. It carries weddings and board meetings with the same composure.

Lining: Brown calf leather

Sole: Red Goodyear Welt, leather sole with higher heel

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
