The MC Mayfair Black Box Calf follows the derby's open-laced construction, relaxed in spirit but never careless. The upper is black box calf, hand-finished so the tone reads differently from every angle. It carries weddings and board meetings with the same composure.

Materials: Black box calf leather

Sole: Dark red Goodyear Welt leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
