The MC Jazz Black Box Calf, Black Sole is a single monk: one strap, one buckle, and a line that stays uncluttered. For this colourway the atelier has used black box calf, warm in daylight and darker under lamplight. It answers for the office, the restaurant and everything in between.

Materials: Black box calf leather

Sole: Black mixed leather-rubber sole with a higher heel, Goodyear Welt construction

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
