The MC Regent Brown Patina Premium Leather is a split-toe derby, its apron seam running to a vertical stitch at the toe. This pair is worked in brown patina, a colourway that shifts in the light rather than shouting. It carries weddings and board meetings with the same composure.

Sole: Dark brown Goodyear Welt mixed leather-rubber sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Feed it now and then with a neutral or matching cream and a soft brush; the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
