The MC Orlando Black Box Calf & Red Calf wears the saddle shoe's banded vamp, an old idea handled with a light touch. Rendered in black box calf and red calf, the pair carries its colour with the restraint the shape asks for. Formal enough for the boardroom, relaxed enough for a long lunch afterwards.

Materials: Black box calf, red painted calf

Lining: Black calf leather

Sole: Red Goodyear Welt, beveled waist leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
