An ankle boot of equestrian descent, the Bombay pairs a spare, elongated last with the jodhpur's signature strap and buckle. Rendered in dark brown suede, khaki suede and dark brown pebble grain, it moves easily between formal and informal registers, the kind of boot that anchors a wardrobe rather than announcing itself.

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

An occasional going-over with a soft brush will keep the nap and the weave immaculate.
