A penny loafer of quiet proportions, the MC Penny Loafer Cognac Patina Premium Leather moves comfortably between tailoring and something looser. The colourway is cognac patina, kept deliberately quiet so the line of the shoe leads. Dress it up with worsted or down with cotton; it holds its own either way.

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
