The MC Penny Loafer Black Calf & Black Alligator keeps the penny loafer honest, a simple strap over the vamp and nothing else to announce it. The upper is black calf and black alligator, hand-finished so the tone reads differently from every angle. Dress it up with worsted or down with cotton; it holds its own either way.

Materials: Black painted calf, black exotic alligator

Lining: Black calf leather

Sole: Black Goodyear Welt, beveled waist leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

A little cream worked in with a soft brush is all it asks, and the leather will deepen into a rich patina over time.
