A double monk with two straps set across the upper, the MC Chicago Burgundy Calf sits between the dress shoe and something more personal. This version is made in burgundy calf, finished by hand until the colour settles. It answers for the office, the restaurant and everything in between.

Materials: Burgundy painted calf

Lining: Red calf leather

Sole: Brown leather sole

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Nourish the upper occasionally with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; it will deepen into a rich patina over time.
