This edition of the Chelsea pairs the style's famously clean lines with navy python and navy croco-embossed calf, set on a dark red Goodyear-welted mixed leather and rubber sole. It is the boot to reach for when the day's programme is unwritten, discreet enough for tailoring, relaxed enough for everything else.

Materials: navy exotic python, navy painted croco

Lining: red calf leather

Sole: dark red Goodyear Welt, leather + mountain rubber injections sole with higher heel

Made to order in the Mathieu Castanier atelier, hand-lasted, hand-finished and built to be resoled for decades. Available in EU, UK and US sizes, or fully personalised through the 3D atelier.

Feed it now and then with a matching cream and finish with a soft brush; the leather deepens into a rich patina over time.
